This large project saw us transform a tired and unused area into a now thriving fruit and vegetable garden, together with a revitalised patio and screened composting areas.

The first thing we had to do was build a wall which we would use to retain the earth in order to level off the sloped land. Whilst structurally the wall was fundamental in the landscaping of the garden, we a built it using a ‘random’ pattern to make it a gorgeous feature in itself. From scratch we constructed rabbit-proof fencing around the perimeter of the vegetable plots. Building from scratch allowed us to build it exactly how the customer envisaged it.

We used lovely quartz gravel on the pathways and laid beautiful spongy turf around carefully planted fruit trees. Further up the garden we created a base for a new summerhouse. Lifting old Yorkshire stone which had become sunken and hazardous, we then re-laid it creating the base. Leading up to the new summerhouse area, we laid block paving with an edging to it. Finally we installed fencing to the composting area.
